Yuu spreads style far and wide

Melbourne born ladies lounge and sleepwear label Yuu will soon be spreading its classic, timeless style further afield, thanks to the appointment of two new agents.

Rose Collier will represent Yuu in NSW, through her self-named Rose Collier Fashion Agency, confirmed Yuu founder Alison Grant.

"Rose's happy personality, experience and professionalism makes her highly regarded in the fashion industry," Grant said.

Meanwhile Howard Jacks from Howard Jacks Agency would deploy his considerable experience in the Queensland fashion scene to further Yuu's brand penetration in the state.

Andy Holt has been representing Yuu in WA for the past three years, while Grant herself continues to look after the label in its home state.

Yuu is currently preparing to showcase its new summer 2010 range (pictured) at Fashion Exposed, from 14-16 February.

Described as "refined, relaxed, sophisticated, comfortable, and timeless", Yuu launched three years ago and is now available through David Jones and independent sleepwear stores. The brand's rapid success was a result of "genuine value and consistency of quality and design across the range," Grant said.
