HOT HALF HOURS

Australian Retailers Association presents the Free Hot Half Hour training sessions which are designed to increase profits in your retail business.

The three day program offers a sequenced flow of  ½ hour training sessions, divided into two subject areas of Retail Sales and Service and Managing Retail Options. Understanding visitors to Fashion Exposed can be time restricted, the ARA Hot Half Hours have been structured to allow freedom to choose the sessions relevant to your needs or take advantage of the full schedule. All sessions are free of charge.

The ARA Hot Half Hour Training Sessions are presented by key industry figures and cover ten topics including: buying profitably, planning your store layout to maximise sales, the value of building relationships with customers and recruiting the right team. Each session offers great value to both company owners and employees wanting to create an edge and an understanding of the value of their role in the Australian retail industry.
