FOUNDER/VM TRAINER & RETAIL STRATEGY TALKSHOP

Hi, I’m Gemma, and I really like to talk about shops. In fact, I like talking shop so much, that I founded this lovely biz. My background is in Visual Merchandising and retail customer experience. I've worked for many of the best Australian retailers, and my passion grew even more when I became a trainer in this area. When I am not talking shop with independent retailers looking to stay ahead of the game, I am teaching aspiring Visual Merchandisers.

DIGITAL MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA
TALKSHOP

Hi there, I'm Sophie and I'm the resident TalkShop digi-wizz. When it comes to talking shop, my language is more tech; Think social media, email communications, website and digital marketing strategies.

My background has been working for the biggest fashion and beauty retailers in Australia, so I can hold my own when talking everything from fabrication compositions, to the best night time serums.
